Elizabeth Hall is a Rancho Cordova based painter and collage artist and a founding member of the Rancho Cordova Arts community since 2017. She holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from California State University Sacramento and currently works as a Recreation Coordinator creating events and enrichment programs for her local community.
